It is the perfect time for all of us to re-evaluate where we are in life and what we need to let go of to move into a more awakened and authentic state of mind and heart.
To shed the old skin just like a snake and show our true beauty from the inside out! I have been more silent than usual as I have been going myself through some major transitions of letting go and surrendering, being guided at all times to open my heart and feel the vibration of embracing it all….the good, the bad, and the ugly.
I realized that I never actually internalized the idea of wholeness in its essence.
I used to go through life with a positive outlook all the time.
Anything that happened to me was turned into positive, into the light and I was unable to fully receive the wisdom of some of the painful and uncomfortable experiences as they came around.
Wherever there was a dark patch of negativity, violence, cruelty, jealousy I would sneak away, get away and not look back…my soul wasn’t ready to accept LIFE FULLY and ALL it had to offer.
I was vibrating high most of the time not letting the lower vibrations get to me. However, that effort often made me tired and overwhelmed.
Although I felt in my heart I had so much to give, j wasn’t able to fully resource myself and had to manage my energy…until I realized that it is ALL there for the GOOD. All is a resource.
It’s an evolutionary process and it’s there to show us what real acceptance is.
I was able to see my patterns and embrace the wholeness of it all more easily, to sit with the discomfort and pain instead of running away from it without getting its full learning.
You see, the patterns on your snakeskin are here to guide you towards your best self…they are actually amazing opportunities for growth.
Again, It’s ALL a resource.
Especially the painful, dull, uncomfortable experiences that you wish never happened to you …Indeed they happen FOR YOU, so you can learn to accept life in its wholeness and move into the state of full self-acceptance.
See, life in itself is fairly neutral. It’s the meaning that we give it that changes everything. I am a big advocate of positive psychology and its principles. And at the same time when we take the other half of the duality of life and SEE our experiences as opportunities for growth, we empower ourselves and those around us.
One of my most favorite books is The Lazy Mans Guide to Enlightenment by Thaddeus Golas.
Some of the passages have become my mantras overtime:
Love yourself for hating it.
Love it as is.
Love as much as you can from wherever you are.
Acceptance and even Love of “what is” is a very powerful tool.
When we become aware of our blockages, our unconscious parts, our shadow sides, we can open the door to acceptance and the transformations we crave: The inner peace, the freedom, the vibrant healthy relationships around us, the purposeful work we are here to do…
Pain and discomfort are important parts of evolution towards a higher vibration, so don’t ignore them but embrace them fully. (I intentionally say pain, not suffering!)
Sitting with the emotion, acknowledging its purpose, and letting it go as it arises is actually very natural for small children. But growing up we condition ourselves and our emotional expression. We forget how to deal with the discomfort and ignore, numb, or treat the pain in different ways…
Today I encourage you:
Be kind to yourself, be playful, and enjoy this beautiful life journey full of learning opportunities!
Springtime is here for you to enjoy, to radiate your beauty, to fully express your desires, and to attract your dreams.
And at the same time don’t dismiss the resourcefulness of the hardships, the struggle, the adversity.
Don’t let its wisdom go to waste. Embrace it as is and go on more empowered and accepting.
Relax and let your spirit guide you.
All my love,
Nina
