What is possible for YOU in 2022?
As another year winds to a close, I hope you’re taking a moment to think about your intentions, your deepest desires, and what you’re calling in for 2022.
There is one person who has been there with you through it all.
One who sees you at your best and your worst.
A person who has gotten you through every challenge.
Have you guessed who it is yet?

Let me ask you: How is your relationship with yourself?
Do you trust yourself? Do you acknowledge yourself? Are you proud of yourself?
The thought of being the person who you trust the most can either be comforting or terrifying, depending on how much you’ve worked through your feelings of self-doubt.
Maybe you’ve been avoiding dealing with those feelings by people-pleasing, or caretaking, or being overly focused on success in one area of life.
It is TIME to FEEL it all and release thought patterns that do not serve you.
It is TIME to call in the TRUE in 2022.
Here is an exercise that you want to consider for the end of the year or beginning of January and that will help you to connect to what is TRUE for YOU!

My teacher Sonia always told me: Where attention goes-energy flows
When we set an intention from our hearts and focus our energy on what it is we really want in our lives, it is much easier for our dreams and aspirations to manifest themselves.
For true manifestation to happen we need to be aligned with who we are and be clear on what it is we would like to manifest.
This exercise is about clarifying our needs and desires and putting them in a container – a sacred box that reminds us where our energy needs to flow.
An alchemy box is a beautiful tool to get clarity and set an intention from the heart.
